T Fried Rice

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, strips or slices
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    White Rice, long grain, 3 cup
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Broth, .25 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Brown veggies in olive oil. Add rice and chicken broth cooking until warm. Add Soy Sauce. Just before serving add Sesame Oil.

I usually use brown rice.

Serving Size: makes 4 1 cup servings.
