Introduction

I had the idea for this super healthy, flavor packed hummus spread for a while....NOW to finally test it! I had the idea for this super healthy, flavor packed hummus spread for a while....NOW to finally test it!

Ingredients

    garbanzo beans -dried--soaked over night and sprouted by rinsing them 2x a day for 5 days.

    almonds 1 cup. soaked overnight

    2 tbs tahihnini

    2 cups spinach

    1/2 ripe avacado

    juice from one lime

    roasted shallot bulbs

    Roasted garlic bulbs.

    two or three carrots cut in to pieces....

Tips

this would be awesome with some lime flavored tortilla chips...or on Dr.Kracker crackers, or as a dip for veggies, try with home made crackers or home made corn chips

Directions

sprout the garbanzo beans....soak overnihght, then rinse 2x dailiy for 5 days, hanging to completely drain ....soak a cup of almonds overnight
Roast a large or two smalller shallots in a pan in the oven and also one or two garlic bulbs....Add spinach, avacado, lime juice and carrot pieces and process everything all together until almost completely smooth. This is a SUPER NUTRITIOUS snack due to the sprouting process.
