Ingredients

    2 lbs - grass fed ground beef
    2 32 oz Swanson Beef Broth
    15 oz can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 6 0z tomato paste
    2 packages of Tex Mex dry chili mix

Directions

sautee celery in garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil
brown meat - drain
mix everything together and let simmer at least 60 minutes to thicken - the beef I actually used was 96% grass fed, so numbers might be better. I couldn't find nutritional info on beef
