Pancake- 1C flour 1C 2% milk 4 eggs 1t vanilla extract Non-stick spray Filling- 1 large can of sliced peaches drained 5 t brown sugar 2T country crock Topping- 1/4 c powder sugar for dusting
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees in large bowl wisk pancake ingredients. Spray a 9inc cake pan with Non-stick spray pour pancake batter into pan and place in oven for 18-22min. In large skillet melt butter over medium heat add fruit and brown sugar stir let it come to a light boil then turn to low. When pancake is done cut into 8 slices pour fruit mixture over top and dust with powder sugar if you like.
