TJ's Stick With You Oatmeal

Ingredients

    0.5 cup Rolled Oats
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 small apple, cored and diced (unpeeled)
    0.25 cup cashews
    1 cup water
    0.25 unsweetened soy milk

Tips

I add a tsp of maple syrup to naturally sweeten this oatmeal just a tiny bit.


Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except soy milk in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add soy milk, stir and enjoy.
