Introduction

When you just really need some homeade comfort food, this mac and cheese really does the trick. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz Pasta Shells or Macaroni (any pasta you like)
    1/2 c Milk
    4 oz Velveeta Cheese, diced
    3/4 c Cheddar Cheese, Shredded, Low-fat
    1/2 c Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Cook pasta according to package. Drain pasta and return to pan. Add velveeta and milk. Stir until velveeta is melted on very low heat. Add remaining cheeses, stir until melted. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
