Ingredients

**forzen mixed berries: blackberry, strawberry, rasberries, and blueberries, so yummy, make sure you get the unsweetened kind! This recipe doesn't need any kind of sugar or sherbet to make it sweet, it's that good!
**1 cup of the all natural juicy juice welch's grape juice, which is loaded with vitamin C. No sugar and no artificial preservatives or flavors! It's has awesome and the kids love to drink it!
**dannon light and fit vanilla, this has 0 sugar added, and 0 fat...you can use any flavor of your choice or any yogurt you have in your fridge, I like this one, bc it's one of the lowest calories that I could find and you can buy it in 32 oz.

Directions

put in your berrys to the cup line on your blender, pour in your grape juice to the 1 cup mark of the blender which is the top of the berries, and add your yogurt, and blend until smoothaliscous! Top with a straw and Enjoy! This is great for breakfast, makes a big glass and fills your tummy and brain up, and it also takes the edge off for those sugar cravings! you can share this one with the kids, they will absolutely love it!
substitutes can include orange juice for the grape juice or other yogurt for the vanilla.
