Introduction

just a basic blend of veggies for stir fry just a basic blend of veggies for stir fry
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 cups of finely chopped cabbage
    1 bunch of broccoli chopped
    1 cup of cauliflower chopped
    2 cups of chopped onion
    4 cloves of garlic chopped
    1 cup of thinly sliced carrot
    1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
    1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
    1/2 cup sliced yellow bell pepper
    2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
    2 cups fresh snow peas
    1/2 of a 15oz can of baby corn
    1/2 cup of bamboo shoots
    3 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp red pepper

Directions

heat oil in wok or heavy frying pan. add the garlic then onion cook until tender then add rest of ingredents and cook until desired crunchyness

Serving Size: makes approx 2 3 cup servings
