Ingredients

    1/2 orange
    1/4 red onion, sliced thin
    2 cup romaine lettuce
    2 cup spinach
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

add to chopped Romaine leaves half of an orange cut into pieces and half of a thinly sliced red onion; drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing (2:1 on oil and vinegar)
