Taco Soup

Introduction

Also add 1 pkg dry hidden valley ranch seasoning and 2 pkg dry taco seasoning, can be made in pot or crock pot. Also add 1 pkg dry hidden valley ranch seasoning and 2 pkg dry taco seasoning, can be made in pot or crock pot.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can chili beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    2 can diced tomatoes
    2 can chicken broth
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, dry
    2 pkg. taco seasoning, dry
    1 pound ground beef (93% fat free)
    1 onion, diced


Directions

brown beef and onion, put all ingredients in pot, bring to a boil and let simmer for at least an hour. I usually cook this in the crock pot, I brown the beef and onion then throw everything into the crookpot and cook for 6-8 hours on low, 4 hours on high would probably work too. Enjoy!
