Apartame or splenda are poison. Stevia is all natural sugar from stevia plant.

  • I have made this recipie 3 times and it is very good. Rather than mixing it with a liter of seltzer, I just put about a tablespoon in the bottom of a 20 oz. glass and then add seltzer and ice. It work great. - 5/27/13

  • Definitely an acceptable cola. I believe the number of calories per serving are higher due to the 84 calories per cup of the Stevia in the Raw product (from their own website). But still very reasonable, both in taste and calories (46 calories per liter--about one tenth of normal sugared soda). - 2/15/13
