Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds cooked and cubed boneless skinless
    turkey breast
    1/3 cup sliced celery
    1/3 cup sliced almonds
    1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise
    1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    1/2 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese

    **I used chicken breasts instead**

Tips

LC: Serve steamed broccoli and cauliflower florets on the side.
Regular: Add steamed baby carrots drizzled with honey.
Kosher: Top with your favorite soy cheese.
Gluten Free: Make sure your mayonnaise is gluten free.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an un-greased 9- x 9-inch baking dish or pan, combine, turkey, celery, almonds, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper; bake, uncovered, for about 40 minutes; top with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
