1 medium onion, diced
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped into
1 (3-lb.) chicken, cut up
Salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried basil
LC: Broiled Parmesan Tomatoes (cut tomatoes in half, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil until cheese bubbles). Add a big green salad.
Regular: Add baked sweet potatoes.
Kosher: No changes necessary.
Gluten Free: Make sure chicken broth is gluten free.
