Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Beans, black, 2 cup
    Garlic, 4 tbsp
    Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup
    Lea & Perrin's, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp
    White Rice, long grain, 3 cup
    Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs (1 can)
    Ortega Diced Green Chiles, 7 oz

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Season with onion powder and Allspice.
Drain/rinse black beans and add around pork at base of pot.
Add 1/2 the minced garlic atop the pork (spilling onto the beans somewhat).
Add the diced chilies.
Add the cream of chicken soup with Herbs.
Add second 1/2 of garlic.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Add beef broth.
Cover and set on Low.

Prior to serving, uncover and break up or shred pork.
Boil water and cook rice.
