Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

    2 tbsp of olive oil
    1 clove of garlic, minced
    1/2 cup of dry italian breadcrumbs
    2/3 cup of grated Parmesan
    1 tsp of dried Basil
    1 lb of chicken breast

Tips

Make honey mustard sauce for dipping


Directions

Mix 2 tbsps of olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, dried basil and a pinch of black pepper in another bowl. Dip chicken breast in olive oil mixture then in the breadcrumbs mixture. Put chicken in a greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
