1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 Tbs Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 1 Cup Milk 1 Egg 1/4 Canola Oil
Combine and mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and combine just until mixed. Add about 1/4-1/3 cup of batter to each side of a belgium waffle iron. Cook for about 5 minutes until cooked to desired consistency.
