Ingredients

2 cans Goya chick peas
1 5oz package Arugula
1/2 chopped red onion
1 large tomato, copped
1.5 cups reduced fat feta
1 cup cooked orzo
1 tablespoon basil pesto
1/2 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
Tips
Directions
Cook orzo pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl and serve cold.
