"Italian" Soup

Ingredients

    3 cups vegetable broth
    1 cup marinara sauce
    1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 cup chickpeas
    1 cup frozen sweet corn
    1 small carrot, thinly sliced
    1 cup Kale, chopped
    1 cup collard greens, chopped
    1 cup fresh spinach
    5 small spears asparagus, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    oregano to taste
    thyme to taste
    basil to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    onion powder to taste
    salt to taste (optional)


Directions

Combine everything in a pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until done. (about 20 minutes
