Submitted by: FLUTTERBELEE

Introduction

This is the recipe that my family uses for tuna salad. You can halve the recipe if you aren't feeding a large group. It also taste really good over a sliced tomato! Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

2 can's of tuna in water
1 cup of onion, chopped (or less if you don't like a lot of onion)
1 cup of pickle (more or less depending on your taste)
4 Tbsp of Light Mayo or mircle whip (this is also something you can change depending upon what you like)

Tips

I usually make mine ahead of time so that it can chill in the fridge. I think it taste better.

Directions

Open your can(s) of tuna, use a fork to help flake it as you take out of the can and place it into a bowl. Take one large pickle and dice it (Usually one large pickle is plenty) onto the tuna. Take your onion and dice it and place it onto the tuna and pickle in the bowl. Then using a spoon remove 4 tablespoons of mayo and place it into the bowl with the mixture. Finally mix it up and then serve on bread or tomato.
