2 lbs. lobster meat 1 medium onion, sliced 3 medium red potatoes, sliced 2 large stalks celery 1 bag of frozen cauliflower 1 can campbells cream of shrimp soup 1 can chicken broth water salt and pepper to taste
place potato,onion,celery and cauliflower in a stock pot and add 1 can chicen broth followed by 2 cans of water(from the chicken broth can). Bring to boil and simmer until vegetable are tender (approximately 15 minutes). Add lobster meat and can of cream of shrimp soup. Mix and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes more. Serve immediately.
