Ingredients

    -6 large onions
    -2 green peppers
    -1 can tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano)
    -3 carrots
    -8 oz mushrooms
    -1 bunch celery
    -cabbage
    -1 package Lipton soup mix
    -1 or 2 bouillon cubes (beef or chicken) optional
    -1 48 oz 48 juice
    -salt & pepper to taste
    -8 cups water

Directions

Recipe makes 25 1 cup servings

chop all vegetables into desired size
mix all veggies in large pot over medium heat
add water, V8 juice, soup mix, & bouillon cubes
mix well, salt and pepper to taste
reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours
