Crock Pot Chicken Vegetable Soup

Introduction

This is an easy quick soup. Can be made in crock pot or on stove over med-high heat for shorter cooking time approx 45 minutes. This is an easy quick soup. Can be made in crock pot or on stove over med-high heat for shorter cooking time approx 45 minutes.

Ingredients

    10 ounces Chicken Breast (boneless Skinless) or 4-5 tenderloins cubed
    2 medium carrots
    3/4 cup sliced zucchini
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    2 Large mushrroms sliced
    2 cup spinach chopped
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 stalks celery chopped
    2 tsp Itallian Seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    3 tsp chicken base
    3-4 cups water

Directions

Makes 5 servings

Add all ingredients in crock pot except zucchini, mushrooms and spinach. cook in crock pot on high for 3- four hours. add spinach mushrooms and zucchini about 30 minutes before serving. For stove top cook until chicken and veggies are cooked then add spinach mushrooms and zucchini 15 minutes before serving.
