Taco Pie

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb of Ground Turkey
    12 Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls ( 1 1/2 pkgs)
    1 Cups of salsa
    1/2 Cup of Fat Free Sour Cream
    2 cups of Shredded Cheese (mexican style)
    1/2 pkg of Taco Seasoning (reduced Sodium)

Directions

Using a pie pan (glass or tin) line with crescent rolls. Make sure the whole pan is covered sides and all.
Place in oven at 350 for 5 mins..Until it rises a little bit.

Brown Ground Turkey, once drained and fully cooked add seasoning.

Take rolls from oven and start layering. Starting with cheese, ground turkey, sour cream then salsa then start again...The remaining cheese is to be put on top.

Put in oven for 30 mins or until heat through...
