Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    Great Value Cream Cheese, 8 tbsp (half of an 8 oz tub)
    Great Value Fat Free Italian Dressing, 4 oz
    Finely Shredded Italian Style Cheese, 1 oz
    Whole Wheat Penne, 6.5 oz (about half a box if you buy Great Value)
    Frozen Peas and Carrots, 1/2 cup

Tips

This recipe is for 3-4 people (up to 6 if you only do about 1 cup per serving). I didn't add the seasoning for the chicken, because I know everyone likes different seasonings.


Directions

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, cook in skillet. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. After chicken is cooked, add cream cheese and milk, cook until cream cheese is melted. Mix in Italian dressing and shredded cheese, cook until cheese is melted. In a separate pan, use about 1/2 cup of water to boil the peas and carrots for a few minutes, then add to sauce. Add to drained pasta. Enjoy
