    1 leaf bay leaf
    1 tsp table salt
    4 medium carrot(s), chopped
    4 medium stalk celery, chopped
    3 small onion(s), chopped
    64 oz water
    4 cup dry split peas
    2 tsp McCormick Lemon & pepper seasoning
    1 cup diced extra lean ham

Directions


Add all ingredients except ham to crock pot. Stir to combine and cook for 5 hours on high. Using a hand blender puree soup, then add ham and continue to cook for one more hour. Soup will thicken as it cools.
