1 serving of whole wheat quick oats prepared by package directions
2 scoops (27g per scoop) Jillian Michaels Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 egg whites
Spray griddle or pan with a light coating of nonstick spray such as Pam.
Fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey, or cinnamon all make great topping options.
2. Add prepared oatmeal, protein powder, cinnamon, and egg whites to blender. Blend until well mixed.
3. Pour onto heated pan or griddle and cook as you would regular pancakes.
