looks pretty in the bowl and tastes yummy! My husband loves it--calls it "stewp". Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 or 2 cups diced roasted chicken (leftovers)
    1 can Hunts diced tomatoes w/Italian seasoning
    1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
    3/4 cup frozen petite peas
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 large carrot, sliced or diced small
    1-2 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp sodium free chicken bouillion
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning blend
    2 cups water
    1 Tbs olive oil

Tips

use a 5qt pot to cook in. Great with biscuits!


Directions

saute chopped onion and celery, add garlic in oil, then add other ingredients, simmer til vegetables are done.
Enjoy! Even better the next day.

to stretch add some cooked rice!
