Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 Cup Applesauce
1/4 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Egg & 1 Egg White
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1 Cup Graham Flour
1 Cup Grated Carrots
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 Cup Cherrios
Tips
Directions
Combine eggs, honey, butter & applesauce. Add Raisins, walnuts & cranberries. Stir to combine.
In seperate bowl combine flour, oats, nutmeg & cinnamon. Add this to wet mixture & stir until everything is wet. Fold in Cherrios.
Drop mixture onto cookie sheet about 2.5" apart & bake at 350 for 15mins
