1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
3/4-1 cup canned tomatoes with chiles
1/4-1/2 cup water
2. Cover. Cook 25-30 minutes, until slight holes begin to form and excess liquid isn't noticeable.
