Oranges, 1 fruit (2-5/8" dia)
Pineapple, fresh, 1 slice, thin (3-1/2" dia x 1/2" thick
Cucumber (peeled), .25 medium
Carrots, raw, 1 medium
Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia)
2 cups ice cubes
Select Variable 1. Turn on and increase speed to variable 10, then to High.
Blend 1 minute, using tamper to press ingredients into blades.
