1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Flax seed meal
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup almonds, slivered
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup prunes, chopped
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
You may wish to use your hands to mix the ingredients.
You can also play around with some of the ingredients (use different nuts, nut butter, fruits, add chocolate...).
Chill in refrigerator for half an hour.
Once chilled, roll into 1-inch balls.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 20 1-inch balls
