Ingredients

    18 ounce package Basil,Garlic Polenta
    3 cups, (1 jar) Muir Glen Organic Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
    1 can Field Day organic black beans
    1/2 cup Frozen Sweet Corn
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup shredded Mozarella, shredded low moisture part-skim
    1/4 cup Low Fat Shredded Cheddar
    2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Slice packaged polenta into 12 slices, place on bottom of 9x12 greased baking pan, evenly spread beans, corn, and mushrooms over the top, spread the pasta sauce over and top with shredded cheeses.
