Thai Chicken Stir Fry (WW)

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 T. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped into 1/4" pieces
    1 med scallion, sliced, 15 g
    12 oz. green beans, sliced into thirds
    1 T. fish sauce
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp siracha sauce

Tips

Serve with brown rice.


Directions

Preheat a large skillet with the oil. Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and siracha together and set aside. Saute chicken for 3 min. Add green onion and garlic and saute 1 minute. Add grean beans and sauce. Cook until beans soften but are still bright green.
