Oriental Fried Rice

Introduction

Happy Rice Happy Rice
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tsp. canola oil
    1c. cooked brown rice
    1tbs. soy sauce
    1. tsp. of garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. of ground ginger
    1/2c. sliced green onion
    3oz coked shrimp or chicken
    1 egg beaten

Directions

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger. Cook, stirring until rice is hot. Stir in onions. Cook, stirring, until onions are tender. Add shrimp . Cook until heated through, still stirring. Add molasses then slowly stir in beaten egg, a little at a time. Cook, stirring, until egg is set.
Eat and enjoy!
Makes about 4 cups -4 servings!!
