1 cup just-add-water pancake mix
1 cup cake mix (we used funfetti, but would also be good with yellow cake)
1 cup water
1 cup powdered sugar
1/8 c (about 2 tbsp) skim milk
1-2 tsp vanilla
Adding more vanilla will lessen the powdered sugar taste of the glaze.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. This will be the "syrup" after the pancakes are finished cooking. Top with sprinkles.
Serving Size: Makes 12 (3 per serving) 4 inch pancakes
