Light Cake Doughnuts

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 c. wheat flour
    1/2 c. white flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

Mix together the wet and dry ingredients separately. Then combine just until incorporated. Pipe or spoon into doughnut pans and bake @ 350 for about 10 minutes. Turn immediately out onto a rack to cool. Toss in powdered sugar, cinnamon/sugar, etc. (calories for the toppings not included in count).
