    .5 cup ~ strawberries, fresh or frozen
    1 scoops ~ 100% premuim whey protein mix
    .5 cup ~ unsweetened almond milk
    10 ~ Ice cubes


pretty simple.. Just put it all in the blender and blend to the consistency you would like it and then drink the yummy treat you worked hard for. :-)
