Introduction

These brownies are so insanely low-calorie that when you find yourself ADDICTED to them like I did, you won't feel guilty going back for seconds...or even thirds! Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
    1/3 cup water
1/3 cup flour (I used unbleached white; whole wheat pastry might work too)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/3 cup truvia--increase to taste
2.5 oz jar prune baby food
    1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites (or 6 tbsp liquid egg whites)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil.
Combine cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and truvia in medium bowl; whisk well.
Combine eggs, baby food, milk, and vanilla in separate bowl, and mix well.
Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and stir until well combined.
Bake for 30 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean). Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn onto a cutting board. Let cool for approx. 10 more minutes, and then cut.
