Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. Pasta
    1 lb. Shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
    3 TBSP Unsalted Butter, cut into small pieces
    1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 TBSP Parsley
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1/4 cup reserved Pasta Water

Directions

Cook pasta to package directions.

In a separate large sautee pan, use oil and heat to medium-high. When oil is hot, drop heat to medium and add shrimp. When the shrimp's color changes about 1/4 of the way through, flip shrimp and add butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.

By this time, the pasta should be done, drain (reserve 1/4 cup pasta water) and add pasta to shrimp mixture and toss to coat. Add 1/4 cup of pasta water and toss again.

Serve and enjoy :)

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 190 grams (6.7oz) each.
