Simple Vanilla Yogurt Treat

Submitted by: PURPLEZEBRA01

Introduction

I have this every morning with my breakfast, and no, I don't get tired of it - I look forward to it! I've even taken to having it for dessert at night with 1/2 cup frozen berries. YUM! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

6 oz. Fage Greek yogurt, nonfat
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tsp Madahave raw agave nectar

The GREEK yogurt is great because it has a much higher protein count than regular yogurts. We get ours at Walmart.

The AGAVE NECTAR is very good because it has a low glycemic index of just 30, which means it won't spike your blood sugar like regular sugar will. Find it in health food stores. Adjust amount to suit your taste.

FRESH FRUIT is a good addition.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes one 6 oz. serving. Doubles or quadruples nicely.
