Introduction

Never eat fast food fries again.. Never eat fast food fries again..
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 medium Idaho Potatos
    3 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp. Sea Salt
    1 tbsp. Peppered Season Salt

Directions

This makes 6 servings.

Cut your potatos into steak fry size peices. Lay out onto a baking sheet. Coat with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle on pepper seasoning and salt.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 40 mins. Check on them after a half hour til they are golden brown and crisp!

  • I made them for my family and all but my picker eatter loved them. Too salty, but I used regular salt not sea salt...not sure if that is the reason. They did take longer than 45min to cook, but all was great. Thanks ^_~ - 6/18/09
