Bow Tie Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    1 pound bowtie pasta
    1 cup yellow zucchni sliced
    1 cup zucchini sliced
    1 cup dried sun dried tomatoes cut
    1 cup packed fresh basil
    1/2 cup packed parsley

    Dressing
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 garlic cloves crushed and quartered
    1 teaspoon ground mustard
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon basil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup olive oil

    Boil pasta. Drain and rinse in cold water. Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl and mix. Combine pasta, squash, zucchini, basil, and parsley. Toss with dressing.
