Pan fried cod fillets

Ingredients

    2 4 oz. cod fillets
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon Mrs Dash (every blend)


Directions

Mix the flour and Mrs Dash. Than flour the fish. Than Spray the fry pan. Heat the Pan until hot. Than cook the fillets on each side for about 5 minutes or until cook. Than serve.
