Introduction

VERY easy! My whole family loves it! The recipe is sometimes on the regular Bisquick box, but we use the Heart Healthy instead. VERY easy! My whole family loves it! The recipe is sometimes on the regular Bisquick box, but we use the Heart Healthy instead.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup bisquick - low fat
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 egg
    1 cup cooked skinless chicken, chopped small
    1 bag mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 can reduced sodium, reduced fat cream of chicken soup

Directions

Mix chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup together in a greased casserole dish. Mix bisquick, milk and egg in a seperate bowl. Pour over chicken mixture and spread evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
