Ingredients

    4 C Almond Milk - Vanilla
    1 C Bobs Red Mill Steel Cut Oats
    Pinch of salt

Tips

Some choose to use the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, which reduces the calories and carbs - it's 45 cals vs. 90 cals. If you choose to do this and would still like it sweet add a packet of truvia.


Directions

Boil 4 cups Almond Milk (Vanilla) and a pinch of salt, pour in 1 Cup Steel cut oats and simmer for 5 mins, stirring continually. Remove from heat and cover. Let stand for an hour to cool and thicken, stir and seperate into 4 - 1 Cup servings.
