1 C Bobs Red Mill Steel Cut Oats
Pinch of salt
Some choose to use the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, which reduces the calories and carbs - it's 45 cals vs. 90 cals. If you choose to do this and would still like it sweet add a packet of truvia.
