* Flatout wrap - Multi-grain,
* Red Ripe Tomatoes - 1 larged crushed in processor
* Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella, .5 cup
* Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 5 strips
* Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
* Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium
* Garlic, 4 cloves minced
You can add your own topping, or use canned pizza sauce, just make sure to change it on sparks
*Spread crushed tomato, cheese, peppers, onion, and mushrooms.
* Bake until cheese is melted.
*Cut and Enjoy
