Banana Muffins

Number of Servings: 12


    1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 cup Sugar
    1/2 cup unsweetened Applesauce
    1 Egg, extra large
    1/2 cup Almonds, slivered
    1 cup mashed banana


mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients, mix until smooth, stir in almonds
spray muffin tin with cooking spray
fill muffin cups using a 1/4 cup measure, 1/4 cup per muffin
bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 min

Serving Size: 1 muffin per serving (1/4 cup batter)
