Corn Tortillas

Ingredients

    1 cup yellow corn meal
    2 cups flour
    1 large egg
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup hot water

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Roll pieces into a ball and roll out on a floured surface. Cook in hot oil for about 8 seconds, turn over and cook for 5 seconds. Place on paper towles to drain.

Serving Size: 1 Tortilla
