    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
    *Italian sausage, mild, 8 oz (remove)
    Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    *Coriander seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup, 1 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced (remove)
    *Sun-Vista Red Kidney Beans, 19 oz (remove)
    *Clark Bean & Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Lime Juice, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Remove casings from sausages and sautee sausage meet with ground beef, diced onions and minced garlic. When meat is no longer pink, add the celery and cook for an addtional 3 minutes. Place cooked meat in crockpot. Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
