Cheater Salsa

Introduction

Fabulous as a snack or on fish, tacos and chicken Fabulous as a snack or on fish, tacos and chicken

Ingredients

    3 10oz cans mild rotel (hot if you prefer)
    1 10oz can original rotel
    1 2.25oz sliced black olives
    3 sliced scallions white and green
    1 tsp vinegar cider or red wine
    2 Tbsp oil olive or safflower
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

This stored very well so I keep a bowl in the fridge all the time. At 39 calories it is a great snack and flavoring in recipes.


Directions

In large colander drain black olives the 3 cans of mild or hot next drain oringinal over the top of allthose cans. Place in bowl add rest of ingredients and toss. Give this at least 4 hours or overnight for the flavors to come together.
